Performance Insights Analyst | Innovation and Technology

Developing data models and reports, this role provides analysis and interpretation of data trends, supporting people leaders and stakeholders to clearly see outcome-based performance measures. Leveraging data engineering skills and experience to produce insights and reports, the Performance Insights Analyst provides a crucial role in helping Enable New Zealand on its journey to establish a modern data platform.

The Performance Insights Analyst is a pivotal role that works across all areas of the business, requiring an in-depth knowledge of Government disability funding models and the Enabling Good Lives (EGL) framework.

This is a fulltime permanent position for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be able to be based at Enable New Zealand's Palmerston North main office a minimum of 2 days per week.
