Cloud Applications Administrator (Fixed Term)

The Cloud Applications Administrator will work for THINK Hauora and its stakeholders to perform user and software application administration for the systems that are supported by the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Team.

If you're ready to learn a lot and grow in ICT then this is the perfect place to be. This is a six-month fixed term role working Monday to Friday full-time.

The purpose of this role is to:
Setup, manage, and audit user accounts for software applications.
Administration of SharePoint online, Microsoft Entra ID, Zoom Portal, Microsoft Teams, VOIP telephony, and all things Microsoft 365.
Basic training for users for working with digital tools including one on one ICT inductions for new starters.
Work with external vendors to configure and modify software applications and escalate support where required.
Document user guides, admin procedures, requirements, basic test plans, workflows, user policies and software feature comparisons.
Administer data and application security requirements and support role/group-based security and access for the selected ICT applications.
Work with the team to provide ICT solutions for business problems.
Perform troubleshooting and problem solving to support users
